Delivery Policies
Free delivery goods are despatched within 3 working days by Royal mail 2nd class post and should arrive 3-5 working days after despatch, we will contact you by email as your goods are posted.
Expedited delivery goods get priority and are despatched the same day or next working day at the latest by Royal mail 1st class post
Outside of UK orders are despatched by airmail
Returns Policy
We fully comply with the UK distance selling regulations.
Unless goods are faulty or not as described we are not responsible for return postage charges.
For all returns you must contact us first, if we are responsible for the charges we will supply a pre paid returns label which will emailed to you as a .pdf file.
